Andrew Habel Odongo is a holder of a Master of Business Administration- Project Management option degree from Kenyatta University and a Bachelor of Education (Science) degree with a specialization in teaching Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology from Egerton University. He also has postgraduate Diplomas in International Pedagogy and Learner Centred Learning, Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Project Management. He is also a Human Centred Design Expert.

He began his career as an educator in the year 1999 immediately after graduating from high school and he has more than 25 years of experience as a teacher, Instructor and lecturer both at the high school, college and university level. Andrew is also an award-winning expert mentor in matters  Entrepreneurship and Innovation and STEM- Sciences, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.

He is currently an adjunct online Instructor of Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology at Ready Global Academy/IPERC Organization, U.S.A. He has served as a consultant Assessor, Grader and Moderator at Boston City Campus and Business College, South Africa, in their Assessment Department. He is the founder and lead mentor at Uwezo Accelerated and Tech Hub, an award-winning STEM and Entrepreneurship Incubator in Nairobi, He is also the founder of Support Innovations for Peace and Education-SIPE- An NGO that provides education support programmes for the less privileged in Africa. He is also an Entrepreneurship and Innovation mentor at the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Foundation, Nigeria.

At high school level, Andrew teaches Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology, a role he has played for more than 25 years and his penchant for sciences and mathematics has made him one of the most outstanding instructors because he can teach mathematics and the 3 sciences with passion and full potential. Andrew being also a fluent Swahili speaker and writer, he also teaches Swahili language to the target students for literacy purposes (Communication). Andrew is also a renowned mentor and instructor of entrepreneurship and has mentored and incubated many entrepreneurs through his award-winning entrepreneurship incubator. Andrew uses a learner centred approach with the following key methodologies: Self Discovery, Learning by Doing, Practicum based sessions and Participatory model of learning. He has experience both as on-site and virtual/online educator and expert.

He lives in Kenya with his wife and two children. Andrew loves working on charity and humanity projects during his free time away from his instructor and consultancy assignments and that is why he founded an NGO that supports the less advantaged in society.
