My name is Avani Pinard (Ava is fine!) and I will be teaching creative writing! I have always considered myself a writer, both academically and creatively, and I especially enjoy fiction and poetry writing. 

I have my A.A. from Seminole State College, and the majority of my teaching experience has been in classrooms at the elementary level, as well as spending a lot of time with ESE students, specifically autistic kids. I am excited to be able to teach online and expand the amount of people I can be connected to, especially with something as personal to me as writing! 

I look forward to helping you find your creative voice as we explore different themes and techniques.
