Service Description

The therapeutic health and wellness class is about exploring the nature of what it means to be healthy, not just in the physical sense, but also the emotional and spiritual aspects that are integrated into our daily routine. The class will set the foundation of a healthy perspective, but based on you, the participants, it will grow to become a more specialized discussion based on similarities between teens, adults, and overall families as we build rapport. We will also be doing more in-depth education on various types of diagnosis, i.e. different types of cancers, with ways on reducing the risks through preventative and holistic measures that are informative and affordable for ALL individuals to use at home.
